2017 GMC Canyon Review, Price

Fully redesigned for 2015 model year, 2017 GMC Canyon doesn’t bring a lot of exciting news. For previous, 2016 MY it gained the Denali trim, and became the part of the Denali family. This time around, GMC will probably keep majority of the Canyon style and features. Changes that we could expect will probably affect the standard equipment on trims, however, nothing significant is announced or expected.

2017 GMC Canyon Front

2017 GMC Canyon continues to share the platform with Chevy Colorado, and it still comes available in two body styles, and three seating arrangements. Two- and four-seat options are available for the extended-cab version, while crew cab body offers seats for five passengers. When it comes to trims, Canyon comes in five modes, including SL, Canyon, SLE and SLT, as well as Denali option, available since previous model year.

High level of equipment is available even for the base trim, while Denali adds even exterior adjustments for the 2017 GMC Canyon, in order to differentiate it from the rest of the line-up. Some features found on the base trim, include 16-inch alloy wheels, LED daytime running lights, exterior mirrors with built-in spotter mirrors, climate control, black vinyl floor covering, a tilt adjustable steering wheel, power windows, a backup camera and a 6-speaker sound system with a 4.2-inch color display and a USB port.
